Thank you for visiting and shopping at Big Chop Hair. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

As an antifraud security measure, the shipping location and credit card used to make the purchase must have the same address.

Some orders may take up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS to receive. If you have not received shipping information after 10 BUSINESS DAYS please contact Big Chop Hair by sending a text message to 347-395-8037. In the text message please include the first and last name on the order so your order information can be found swiftly. Please understand that not all orders take up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS but sometimes, due to quality inspection, it can take that long. Big Chop Hair's biggest concern is to always send you the highest quality hair extensions please keep that in mind. Big Chop Hair has GREAT REVIEWS because of the attention to quality and customer service. Your excitement is understandable and your patience is appreciated.

Monday through Friday. Big Chop Hair is not responsible for packages lost or late delivery by the courier.
Once an order is shipped the customer will receive an email with a tracking code.

All items are shipped via the United States Postal service.
There are no refunds on shipping fees.Even if you use a FREE SHIPPING CODE.
